Night Market at Food Lounge happens every second Friday. Many local food vendors gathered together to feed you some of their specialty dishes! Happy hours go from 4-6pm and live music starting around 5pm. 

I'm will be by myself and will only cook one dish tonight: khao pad ข้าวผัด

Khao pad is a type of Thai fried rice. It is iconic in Thai street food scene. A day-old rice is sauteed in hot wok with Chinese broccoli, meat, egg, onions, soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. I'm omitting tomatoes in the wok today. I got some mixed heirloom tomatoes from Happy Boy Farm and I think they are better served on the side.  The meat will be Fogline chicken breast. I will have nam pla prik (bird's eye chili, fish sauce, lime juice) on the side.
