You said more Thai, we say moo!
Moo, mu, or muu means pork in Thai. Khao kha mu is a known Thai street food. This dish is Khao mun gai's best friend (poached chicken with chicken fat rice). The pork is braised for hours with Chinese five-spice. Some vendors would add Ovaltine chocolate milk powder and/or Coca-Cola for another layer of flavor. We will leave those out, but we can guarantee that it will be as good :)
